- Where clients come from: all appointments take place at the Margate clinic. Clients visit from across Thanet, including Ramsgate, Westgate-on-Sea, Broadstairs and Birchington-on-Sea, and from Kent towns and villages such as Canterbury, Bridge, Bekesbourne, Chartham, Chilham, Whitstable, Faversham, Sandwich, Deal, Hythe and Tenterden. The A299 Thanet Way, A28 and A256 are the main routes in. Listed areas are not additional clinic locations.
- Insurance: medical professional liability and public liability, £1,000,000 limit each, via Insync Insurance Solutions (Lloyd's), policy period 9 June 2026 to 8 June 2027.
- Registration: registered with Thanet District Council (council registration is distinct from CQC registration).
- Training: Serene Skin, March 2022 (bespoke facials and dermaplaning 14 March; microneedling 15 March; fat-dissolving and vitamin injections 16 March; foundation dermal filler 17 March). - Safety: every treatment starts with a consultation (£10, deducted from treatment). Prescription treatments only after a one-to-one assessment with a registered prescriber, the clinic's prescribing partner Dorota Jaworska of DJ Clinic in Folkestone, NMC-registered (never same day as the first prescriber assessment). Semi-permanent makeup patch test at least 48 hours before. Injectables 18+; eligible non-invasive facials from 16 with parent or guardian consent. Single-use needles.
