Visiting The Clinic

Appointments and payment

Clinic hours are Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Tuesday appointments are available by agreement, and Mondays are reserved for practitioner masterclasses; check online availability or contact Sian before travelling.

Card and cash payments are accepted in the clinic, with online payment preferred. Confirm your full treatment cost and read the booking and deposit terms before booking.

Feedback, aftercare and help

If you have a concern after treatment or want to give feedback about your visit, call 07539 784088 or email sian@smaestheticsclinic.co.uk. Explain the date of your appointment and your concern so it can be discussed with Sian.

For severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, collapse or sudden visual changes, call 999 or seek emergency care immediately. Do not wait for a clinic email or WhatsApp reply. For an urgent non-emergency medical concern, contact NHS 111. Follow the written aftercare provided for your own treatment.

Getting here and what to expect

Our appointments take place at The Hub in Margate. If you are visiting from Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Canterbury or elsewhere in Kent, use the directions link above with your starting point and allow time for your journey. Read our visit-planning information for Thanet and East Kent.

• Access: The clinic is on the ground floor of The Hub, with easy access for wheelchair users. Disabled parking bays are available.
• Parking: Parking is available at The Hub, Westwood Business Park.
• Facilities: Separate ladies' and gentlemen's toilets are available. The building is air-conditioned.
• Refreshments: The Hub has a coffee shop and takeaway, handy for clients and anyone coming with them.
• Who we treat: Everyone is welcome, women and men. Treatments are for clients aged 18 or over, and non-invasive facials are available from age 16. Please bring ID.
• Payment: Card and cash payments are accepted in the clinic; online payment is preferred. A booking fee (deposit) is taken when you book online. It is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice. Read the current booking and deposit terms on the booking page before confirming your appointment.
