This policy explains how SM Aesthetics Clinic ("we", "us") uses personal information when you visit this website, www.smaestheticsclinic.co.uk. It covers the website only. How we handle client records, consultation notes and treatment information is explained separately when you attend the clinic.

What this website collects
This website does not have a contact form, user accounts or a booking form, and we do not use advertising trackers. We do not ask you to enter personal information on this site.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. Cloudflare processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
Like all websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These are used for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify you personally.
Booking an appointment
The "Book an Appointment" buttons take you to our online booking system, run by That Time (that-time.co.uk). Any details you enter there are collected and handled by that provider under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking information so we can provide your appointment. Please read their policy before booking.
Contacting us by phone or social media
If you call us or message us through Instagram, Facebook or Google, we will use the information you give us to reply and to arrange your appointment. Those platforms process your information under their own privacy policies.
Third-party services on this site
- Visitor statistics — Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.
- Typefaces — this website hosts its typefaces locally and does not contact an external font service.
- Links to other sites — Google (reviews and maps), Instagram, Facebook and the booking system. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Why we use information, and our legal basis
Where we handle your information, it is to reply to you, arrange appointments and keep the website secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in running the clinic and, where you contact us to book, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and for as long as the law or professional guidance requires us to keep it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the clinic and website, such as our booking provider and web host, and where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be moved to another provider, in the circumstances set out in law.
