Booking & consultations
How do I book an appointment?
You can check availability and book online through our booking page, call 07539 784088, message us on WhatsApp, or email sian@smaestheticsclinic.co.uk.
Do I need a consultation first?
Treatment suitability and the most appropriate approach are discussed as part of your consultation. Some treatments can only be provided following an assessment by a registered prescriber.
What happens at my first visit?
You will meet Sian to discuss your goals, talk through your medical history and suitability, and agree a plan together. There is no pressure to go ahead on the day.
Do some treatments need a prescriber?
Yes. Some treatments can only be provided after an assessment by a registered prescriber, who reviews your medical history and decides whether the treatment is suitable for you. A prescription is issued only if it is appropriate. You can read how this works on our consultations page.
How does a prescriber consultation work?
You book a consultation, complete a health questionnaire, and are assessed by a registered prescriber. If a prescription is issued, it needs to be delivered to the clinic before your treatment can be booked, so treatment does not take place on the day of your first assessment.
How long does a consultation last?
The aesthetics consultation is a short, relaxed conversation about your goals and options. A prescriber assessment is booked separately. Times are shown when you book online.
Do I need a new consultation each time?
If you have not had a consultation with us within the last 6 months, you will need a new one before any treatment that requires a prescriber.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Please bring a list of any medications and medical conditions so your suitability can be discussed properly.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. You can rearrange through the booking page or by contacting the clinic.
Treatments
What treatments does the clinic offer?
The clinic offers dermal fillers, skin boosters and polynucleotides, semi-permanent makeup (eyebrows and lip blush), microneedling, facials and skin treatments.
What is semi-permanent makeup?
Semi-permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing technique used to enhance the eyebrows and lips, for example with lip blush. The most suitable approach is discussed with you at your appointment.
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are gel-based treatments used to enhance definition, shape and facial balance. Your plan is personalised and discussed at your consultation.
Will my results look natural?
The aim is natural-looking, balanced results that suit you. Individual results vary, and we will always talk through what is realistic.
Is every treatment suitable for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on your health, your goals and the treatment. If something is not right for you, we will tell you honestly.
Aftercare & safety
Will I be given aftercare advice?
Yes. Clear aftercare guidance is provided so you know what to do after your treatment.
What if I have a concern after my treatment?
Please contact the clinic as soon as possible on 07539 784088 or by WhatsApp so we can advise you.

Treatments take place in a dedicated, professional clinic at Unit 112, The Hub, Westwood Business Park, Strasbourg Street, Margate, Kent CT9 4JJ.

We use professional products from reputable brands, including Revolax. Ask at your consultation if you would like to know exactly what will be used for your treatment.
How do you keep treatments hygienic and safe?
Treatments take place in a clean, professional clinic. Sian uses single-use needles, disposes of them in sharps containers, and has clinical waste collected by a professional waste service. Surfaces are cleaned between clients, disposable paper towelling is used on the treatment bed, and products that need refrigeration are kept in a dedicated fridge in the clinic.

Is there an age limit?
Treatments are for clients aged 18 or over. Non-invasive facials are available from age 16. Please bring ID to your appointment.

The clinic is on the ground floor of The Hub, with easy access for wheelchair users. Parking is available, including disabled parking bays. Separate ladies' and gentlemen's toilets are available and the building is air-conditioned. The Hub also has a coffee shop and takeaway.
How can I pay, and is there a deposit?
Card and cash payments are accepted in the clinic; online payment is preferred. A booking fee (deposit) is taken when you book online. It is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice. Read the current booking and deposit terms on the booking page before confirming your appointment.
How much do treatments cost?
Our guide prices are on the pricing page. Your exact cost is confirmed at your consultation.
