Aesthetics Clinic Serving Thanet & East Kent
SM Aesthetics Clinic is a private clinic at The Hub, Westwood Business Park, Margate. Clients visit us from across Thanet and East Kent, and from further afield including London and Cambridge.
Where our clients come from
Most of our clients live in Thanet and the surrounding area: Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Westgate-on-Sea and Birchington-on-Sea. Many also travel to us from Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Deal, Sandwich, Dover, Folkestone and Ashford, and some come from London, Cambridge and other parts of the country.
Visiting from Broadstairs, Ramsgate and across Thanet
All consultations and treatments take place at our Margate clinic: Unit 112, The Hub, Westwood Business Park, Strasbourg Street, Margate, Kent CT9 4JJ. If you are visiting from Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Westgate-on-Sea or Birchington-on-Sea, use this full address when planning your journey. The clinic is on the ground floor, with parking and disabled bays at The Hub.
Appointments are by arrangement. Please check availability before travelling and allow time to find the clinic before your appointment. See our contact page for the directions link and access information.
Planning a visit from Canterbury and East Kent
Clients are welcome from Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Deal, Sandwich and elsewhere in Kent. The clinic sits at Westwood, close to the main roads into Thanet: the A299 Thanet Way from Whitstable, Herne Bay and Faversham, the A28 from Canterbury and Ashford, and the A256 from Dover, Deal and Sandwich. Start with a consultation to discuss your goals, suitability, costs and any follow-up appointments before committing to a treatment plan.
If you are travelling further, ask about the appointment length, possible downtime and whether you should arrange someone to accompany you. Recovery and aftercare depend on the treatment; plan around the advice given for your individual appointment. Journey times vary, so check your route and current transport arrangements before setting off.
Choosing a treatment before you travel
Read our guide to choosing an aesthetic treatment in Kent for questions about your options, the full appointment plan and travelling for care.
Explore dermal fillers, skin boosters and polynucleotides, semi-permanent makeup, microneedling and facials and dermaplaning. Each page explains what you can discuss with Sian. Check the price guide and confirm the appointment details when booking.
Why clients travel to see us

- Ask Sian about treatment-specific training, insurance and clinic hygiene at your consultation.
- Professional products from reputable brands, including Revolax.
- A personalised approach with honest advice and no pressure.
- Read our 5-star Google reviews and booking-page feedback.
Travelling from southern England or elsewhere in the UK
Our main client base is in East Kent, and clients also travel from farther afield. If you live elsewhere in southern England or the UK and are considering a visit, contact Sian before booking to discuss the assessment process, appointment timing and any return visits. All appointments take place at the Margate clinic; there are no additional clinic branches.
Plan your visit around the treatment rather than a fixed travel schedule. Semi-permanent makeup may need a separate patch-test appointment; injectable and skin treatments may need review or a course of appointments. Any treatment requiring a prescription follows a one-to-one consultation with a registered prescriber before treatment. Ask what can be arranged before your journey and what must take place in person.
Discuss recovery, whether you should arrange someone to accompany you, and how follow-up and concerns will be managed when you live farther away. Do not assume you can drive, travel immediately afterwards or fit treatment around a holiday without individual advice. Use our directions and access information, first-visit guide and consultation information to plan.
Making the visit easy
The clinic is on the ground floor, with parking and disabled bays at The Hub, and a coffee shop and takeaway on site. Appointments are by arrangement, so you can plan your visit around travel. If you are coming from a distance, a consultation can be a good first step, and we are happy to talk through timings by phone or WhatsApp.
