Booking fees, changes & cancellations
Your booking fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancelling within 72 hours or not attending forfeits the fee; a fresh booking fee is needed for another slot. Read the checkout terms before paying.
Age limits, consent & photo ID
Injectable procedures and other treatments are strictly 18+, except eligible non-invasive facials from 16. Clients aged 16–17 must attend with a parent or guardian providing signed consent. Bring a valid passport or photocard driving licence.
Payment at the clinic
Card, contactless (Apple Pay and Google Pay), cash and bank transfer are accepted at the clinic. You can also pay card balances online. Contact Sian if you have a question about paying.
Permanent makeup & patch tests
A PMU consultation and patch test are required at least 48 hours before the main treatment. The consultation/patch-test deposit is £10. Book this first step before the treatment session.
